If you would like to submit a proposal for an event at the Seminary Co-op or 57th Street books, please send the following to firstname.lastname@example.org:
· Author bio and book information (including ISBN and publisher)
· A brief, general description of what you have in mind, including preferred event location (Seminary Co-op/57th Street Books)
· Author affiliation with Hyde Park or Chicago
We generally schedule events at least 2-3 months in advance for recently published books, with an emphasis on academic and scholarly titles, as well as select nonfiction, literary fiction, poetry, and children’s literature. We will review your proposal to determine whether it is a good fit for our stores and reply as soon as we are able. We strongly encourage authors and publicists to review our current upcoming events calendar to get a sense of our stores’ programming.
Please note that, because we receive a high volume of email daily and are frequently away from our computers, it may take us a week or two to get back to you.
