You’re invited to join John W. Boyer, AM’69, PhD’75, for a special conversation celebrating the second edition of his book The University of Chicago: A History. He will be speaking with Steven Rings, associate professor in the Department of Music.
Don’t miss this conversation on the rich history of the University with John W. Boyer, senior advisor to the president and the Martin A. Ryerson Distinguished Service Professor in the Department of History. Dean of the College from 1992 to 2023, Boyer will discuss updates in his book, including insights into the presidency of Robert J. Zimmer (2006–2021).
